Role Overview - We are looking for a motivated IT Sales / Business Development Executive
with 35 years of experience to drive B2B sales for our software and fintech products. The
ideal candidate should have experience in selling IT services or SaaS products and a strong
understanding of modern tech stacks like CRM, AI tools, blockchain, or fintech solutions.
Location: Noida, Sector 16 (Onsite)
Experience: 3 5 Years
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and close B2B sales for IT/Software products
Pitch CRM, AI, blockchain, and custom fintech solutions
Manage complete sales cycle prospecting to closing
Build strong client relationships and drive growth
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery
Requirements:

35 years in IT / SaaS / Software sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Understanding of CRM, automation, blockchain, or fintech preferred
Goal-driven and self-motivated
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays off after probation)
Flexible hours: 10 AM7 PM or 11 AM8 PM
