Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, have a passion for sales, and want to build a career in a fast-paced environment. Freshers and candidates with 10th, 12th, or undergraduate qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers at their home, business, or in public places to explain and sell our products/services.
  • Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Create awareness about the product and address customer queries.
  • Maintain a daily report of visits, leads, and conversions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Undergraduate (Any stream)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel and work on the field
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques (training will be provided)
  • Ability to speak [insert local language] is a plus
  • Owning a bike/scooter and a valid license is an advantage (optional)
