Aluminium Fabricator

Fabrication & Assembly

• Cut, shape, and assemble aluminium sections using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
• Fabricate aluminium doors, windows, curtain walls, partitions, cladding, and other structures.
• Measure and mark dimensions accurately based on drawings and templates.
• Operate cutting machines, drilling machines, grinders, and other fabrication equipment.

Installation

• Install aluminium frames, glass panels, hinges, locks, handles, rollers, and accessories at project sites.
• Ensure proper fitting, alignment, sealing, and finishing of aluminium products.
• Conduct on-site adjustments and modifications when needed.

Technical & Quality Control

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication schedules.
• Ensure all fabricated items meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy, defects, and proper alignment.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Comply with company policies, workshop regulations, and industry standards.

Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with supervisors, project managers, and installation teams.
• Report material requirements, shortages, or equipment issues promptly.
• Provide updates on job progress and complete basic documentation when required.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or technical/vocational training in fabrication (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in aluminium fabrication and installation.
• Experience working with aluminium extrusion systems (e.g., sliding windows, hinged doors, curtain walls).

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of aluminium fabrication tools, machines, and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings accurately.
• Good measuring, cutting, and assembly skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to handle tools and materials.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
