Fabrication Assembler

Installation & Fitting

• Install aluminium doors, windows, sliding systems, curtain walls, partitions, and related accessories.
• Fit and fix aluminium frames, glass panels, hinges, locks, rollers, handles, and gaskets.
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, sealing, and finishing of installed items.
• Perform on-site cutting, adjustments, and modifications when required.

Technical Work

• Read and interpret installation drawings, measurements, and technical instructions.
• Take accurate measurements for fitting and adjustments.
• Use hand tools and power tools such as drills, cutters, grinders, and screwdrivers.
• Identify and report any structural issues or fitting challenges.

Quality Control

• Inspect installation work to ensure it meets quality standards and project requirements.
• Ensure all joints, seals, and fittings are properly fixed and finished.
• Check for defects, gaps, or misalignments and correct them immediately.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the worksite.
• Comply with company installation procedures and industry standards.
