Fabricator Fitter

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fabrication**:

- Accurately measure, cut, and assemble Aluminium and uPVC materials for windows and doors based on technical drawings and specifications.
- Operate machinery and hand tools to fabricate window and door frames.
- Perform quality control checks during the fabrication process to identify defects and ensure products meet industry standards.
- Ensure that all components are fabricated accurately and meet required specifications.
- Ensure all materials are used efficiently and minimize waste during the fabrication process.
- **Fitting/Installation**:

- Install fabricated Aluminium and uPVC products (windows, doors) on-site, ensuring accurate alignment, level, and fit.
- Measure and make necessary adjustments on-site to ensure a perfect fit for the products.
- Carry out repairs and maintenance on existing installations as required.
- Collaborate with site managers and other team members to complete installation projects on time and within specification.
- **Communication and Customer Service**:

- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers to ensure the smooth running of each project.
- Address customer concerns regarding the installation process or product performance.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring installations are completed to a high standard and within the agreed time frame.
- **General Maintenance**:

- Maintain tools, machinery, and equipment in good working condition.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Assist in stock control of materials and equipment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2 - 5 years of experience in both aluminium/uPVC fabrication and fitting.
- **Fabrication Skills**: Strong ability to measure, cut, assemble, and fabricate components with precision.
- **Fitting Skills**: Proven experience in installing aluminium and uPVC products with an eye for detail and high-quality finishes.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications for both fabrication and installation work.
- **Tool Proficiency**: Competence in using a variety of tools and machinery for fabrication and installation.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on accuracy and quality, ensuring all products meet the required specifications.
- **Safety Awareness**: Knowledge of health and safety standards and a commitment to working safely at all times.
- **Communication**: Good verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of building regulations related to window and door installations.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Job Type**: Full-time with potential overtime depending on project deadlines.
- **Location**: PALA, Based on-site with travel to various customer sites as required.

**Salary**: Commensurate with experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
