Role Overview
The Recruitment Manager – Bulk Hiring will lead and manage large-scale hiring drives for voice, non-voice, and blended BPO processes. The role involves planning, strategizing, and executing end-to-end recruitment operations to meet business needs within defined timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume hiring, team management, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement mass hiring strategies to meet staffing requirements for BPO operations.
- Forecast manpower needs in collaboration with operations and workforce management teams.
- Drive walk-in, campus, referral, and digital hiring channels to achieve hiring targets.
Execution & Delivery
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Lead and motivate a team of recruiters to deliver on daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
- Coordinate hiring drives, job fairs, campus programs, and vendor partnerships.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for future requirements.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business heads, HRBPs, and operations leaders to understand hiring needs.
- Provide regular hiring dashboards and reports to leadership.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure adherence to SLAs.
Process & Compliance
- Ensure recruitment practices align with company policy, compliance, and audit standards.
- Maintain data integrity in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or recruitment trackers.
- Continuously optimize the recruitment process for speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in bulk hiring / volume hiring for voice & non-voice BPO roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven approach with experience in recruitment metrics and dashboards.
- Strong team leadership and people management capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, Shine, LinkedIn).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Experience: 5–10 years in recruitment, with at least 3 years in bulk hiring for BPOs / shared services.
- Experience managing a team of recruiters (3–10 members) is a plus.
- Exposure to domestic or international BPO hiring will be an added advantage.

- Time-to-fill (TAT)
- Cost per hire
- Attrition during first 90 days
- Candidate and stakeholder satisfaction
Salary Range:
Depends on experience and Interview Process.
