Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Officer, located in New Delhi, Noida and Gurgaon. The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales initiatives. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Business Relationship Management and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in Sales and supporting sales
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Delhi-NCR
  • Intermediate degree is must
  • Prior experience in a customer relationship role is a plus
