Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Monitoring & Analysis -
    Track and analyze key performance metrics (impressions, clicks, eCPMs, fill rates) to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Quality Assurance -
    Ensure ads display correctly, comply with brand guidelines, and meet industry standards.
  • Mediation Platform Management -
    Manage and optimize mediation platforms such as AdMob, AppLovin MAX, and ironSource.
  • A/B Testing -
    Conduct experiments to test ad formats, placements, and bidding strategies for performance improvements.
  • Reporting & Communication -
    Generate and present performance reports, sharing actionable insights with stakeholders.
  • Collaboration -
    Work closely with product, tech, and design teams to ensure smooth ad integration and execution.
  • Industry Knowledge -
    Stay updated on emerging ad tech trends, industry developments, and platform best practices.
  • Troubleshooting -
    Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to ad delivery and performance.
