Mobile Ad Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Ad Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing mobile ad campaigns across multiple platforms to ensure seamless delivery and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize mobile ad campaigns on various platforms.
  • Manage day-to-day ad operations including tracking URLs, creative testing, and resolving delivery issues.
  • Coordinate with publishers/affiliates and internal teams for smooth campaign execution and timely delivery.
  • Track and analyze campaign KPIs (CTR, CVR, ROI, retention, etc.) to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Generate, review, and present daily/weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for campaign setup, targeting details, and performance logs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in mobile ad operations, digital marketing, or affiliate campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile tracking platforms.
