Job Description:Project Coordinator - Government & Public Sector Real EstatePosition OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator to join our Government & Public Sector team, supporting complex real estate and infrastructure projects across various government agencies. This role combines project management excellence with deep sector knowledge to deliver exceptional outcomes for our public sector clients.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & CoordinationProject Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end coordination of government real estate projects, ensuring alignment with public sector timelines, budget constraints, and regulatory requirementsStakeholder Management: Facilitate seamless coordination between internal teams, government agencies, contractors, consultants, and community stakeholdersMeeting Management: Schedule, organize, and facilitate project meetings, site visits, regulatory inspections, and public consultationsTimeline Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, track deliverables, and proactively identify potential delays or risksDocumentation & ReportingProject Documentation: Maintain detailed project files, compliance records, and audit trails in accordance with government documentation standardsStatus Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, executive summaries, and progress presentations to internal leadership and government clientsCompliance Tracking: Monitor adherence to government regulations, environmental requirements, accessibility standards, and procurement guidelinesQuality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet government quality standards and contract specificationsClient Relationship ManagementPrimary Point of Contact: Serve as the dedicated liaison for government clients, addressing inquiries and maintaining strong professional relationshipsCommunication Management: Facilitate clear, transparent communication between all project parties while maintaining confidentiality requirementsIssue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve project challenges in coordination with senior team membersClient Satisfaction: Support initiatives to exceed client expectations and foster long-term partnershipsAnalysis & Strategic SupportData Analysis: Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses to support project decision-makingPolicy Interpretation: Analyze and interpret government policies, zoning regulations, and compliance requirements affecting project outcomesRisk Assessment: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with senior team membersProcess Improvement: Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve project efficiency and client satisfactionRequired QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Public Administration, MBA, or related field2-5 years of professional experience working with government sectors, public agencies, or government contractorsDemonstrated experience in project coordination or management within the real estate, construction, or consulting industries – is preferred.
