About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and dynamic
Export Sales Officer – Ethnic Sales
to join our growing international team. This role focuses on expanding the sales and distribution of
Wai Wai
through ethnic channels across Serbia and European Region. The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG sales and a strong network or understanding of Indian and Nepali distributors. You will play a key role in building partnerships, driving growth, and enhancing the brand's visibility in the ethnic market segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development:
Drive sales growth of Wai Wai products through ethnic channels across the European region. - Distributor Management:
Identify, onboard distributors and retail partners. - Market Expansion:
Develop and execute strategies to expand brand presence and improve market share. - Relationship Building:
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key business partners. - Sales Targets:
Achieve monthly and annual sales objectives while ensuring optimal product placement and visibility. - Market Insights:
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends. - Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams for pricing, promotions, supply chain coordination, and timely product availability. - Reporting:
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably within ethnic or export markets. - Market Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the Indian and Nepali ethnic food market in Europe. - Network:
Existing connections with Indian/Nepali distributors or proven ability to develop such networks. - Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Other Requirements:
Must be willing to relocate to
Serbia
or have strong familiarity with the EU ethnic market. - Preferred:
Candidates of
Nepali or Indian origin
with prior sales experience in FMCG. - Experience in European region is a plus point
