This onsite position in Goregaon, Mumbai requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work under pressure within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer technical support issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to software applications, APIs, and databases.
  • Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and diagnose customer-reported issues.
  • Provide timely updates to customers and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns.
  • Perform manual testing for web applications, APIs, and database-driven software.
  • Execute test cases and report any defects or issues found during testing.
  • Use API testing tools like Postman and Swagger to perform API validations.
  • Collaborate with developers to track and resolve software bugs.
  • Work with the QA team to ensure products meet functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Maintain proper records of issues, solutions, and testing results.
  • Document procedures, test cases, and common troubleshooting steps for internal use.

Requirements

  • Intermediate database knowledge: Ability to write and understand basic SQL queries to troubleshoot and verify data-related issues.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman and Swagger for manual API testing.
  • Solid understanding of manual testing processes, including test case creation, defect tracking, and test execution.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical issues clearly to non-technical customers and team members.
  • Customer-centric mindset with empathy to address customer pain points effectively.
