Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive patient conversions through inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, educate potential patients about our services, and ensure high conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound inquiries from prospective patients and provide detailed information about physiotherapy services.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with leads, previous patients, and referrals to drive appointments.
  • Understand patient concerns, provide the right solutions, and convert leads into bookings.
  • Build rapport and maintain excellent communication with potential and existing patients.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets for consultations and treatment packages.
  • Coordinate with the clinic team to schedule appointments and ensure seamless patient experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and service offerings.

Key Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, telesales, or customer service (healthcare sales preferred).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into appointments.
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare, physiotherapy, or wellness services is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to contribute to business growth.
