Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound inquiries from prospective patients and provide detailed information about physiotherapy services.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with leads, previous patients, and referrals to drive appointments.
- Understand patient concerns, provide the right solutions, and convert leads into bookings.
- Build rapport and maintain excellent communication with potential and existing patients.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets for consultations and treatment packages.
- Coordinate with the clinic team to schedule appointments and ensure seamless patient experience.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and service offerings.

Key Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in sales, telesales, or customer service (healthcare sales preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into appointments.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare, physiotherapy, or wellness services is a plus.
- Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to contribute to business growth.
