Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our Recruitment team. The role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, ensuring we attract, evaluate, and hire top technical talent to meet business requirements.
Location: Bengaluru
Work Mode: Hybrid
Experience Required: 2-5 years
Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles across domains.
- Understand job requirements from hiring managers and prepare effective job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen and assess candidate profiles to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Negotiate offers, handle post-offer engagement, and ensure smooth onbarding.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment dashboards/MIS.
- Stay updated with latest hiring trends and sourcing techniques in IT industry.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in IT/Technical hiring (Contract/Full-time).
- Strong knowledge of technologies such as Java, .Net, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, SAP, etc.
- Hands-on experience using job portals and professional networks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, under tight deadlines.
