Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Offline Marketing Executive to promote our products/services at local stores, events, communities, and through direct outreach. The ideal candidate will plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, improve brand presence in the market, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit retail stores, markets, and community events to promote products and generate leads.

  • Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials in target areas.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with local shop owners, distributors, and customers.

  • Organize and participate in promotional activities like stalls, exhibitions, and roadshows.

  • Collect feedback from retailers and customers; report insights to the management.

  • Assist in planning and executing local advertising campaigns (hoardings, banners, radio, etc.).

  • Maintain daily records of marketing activities and submit reports.

  • Achieve weekly/monthly targets for outreach and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Graduate

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Presentable with a pleasant personality.

  • Willingness to travel locally (travel allowance may be provided).

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Prior experience in field/outdoor marketing, sales, or promotion is preferred.
