Job Description:-

We are looking for a detail-oriented Pre Sales Engineer to manage technical and commercial aspects of tenders, pre-bid proposals, quotations, and client queries. The candidate will play a key role in bridging sales and technical teams to create compelling responses for RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.

Key Responsibilities:


•Analyze client requirements from RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents.


•Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with specifications.


•Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, legal, finance) to compile relevant documentation.


•Handle pre-tender queries, participate in bid clarification meetings, and ensure timely submission.


•Work with OEMs, vendors, and partners for sourcing required solutions or inputs.


•Present and explain proposed solutions to clients when required.


•Maintain a repository of standard templates, case studies, and pricing models for quicker response.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ECE, EE, CS, or related field)./Diploma in Electrical


• experience in presales/tendering/proposal management.


• Strong understanding of bid lifecycle, techno-commercial documentation, and client interfacing.


• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and document formatting tools.


• Excellent written and verbal communication.
