Operations Coordinator

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator who will act as a central point of communication across multiple teams—Dispatch, Marketing, Procurement, Logistics, and Purchase. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, good understanding of billing, and experience handling multiple types of orders efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate daily operations between Dispatch, Marketing, Procurement, Logistics, and Purchase teams.
- Ensure smooth flow of information and timely execution of tasks.
- Follow up with departments to track status of orders, shipments, and requirements.
Billing & Documentation
- Assist in preparing and verifying billing documents, purchase orders, delivery notes, and related paperwork.
- Ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies with Accounts or Operations.
- Maintain proper documentation for all orders and transactions.
Order & Workflow Management
- Understand various order types and ensure correct processing from initiation to completion.
- Track order progress and update relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor timelines and escalate delays proactively.
Communication & Reporting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and vendors.
- Prepare daily/weekly coordination reports for management.
- Support in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and workflow planning.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
- Good understanding of billing processes and commercial documentation
- Knowledge of dispatch/logistics workflow
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–4 years of experience in coordination, operations, logistics, or related fields
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
