Operations Coordinator

  • Order Management
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to gather monthly forecasts.
  • Utilize forecasts to compile consolidated requirements.
  • Share requirements with factory and procurement teams for production planning.
  • Integrate forecasts for daily and weekly dispatch planning.
  • Dispatch Planning
  • Collaborating with sales coordinators from various channels to determine dispatch needs based on current orders, ensuring timely invoicing.
  • Consolidating orders for execution and creating daily dispatch plans, which will be shared with the warehouse team, with flexibility to make adjustments as necessary.

C. Stock Management

  • Daily monitoring of stock at DC & 3P fulfillment centers, comparing it to the monthly set MQ.
  • Maintaining constant stock availability at 3P fulfillment centers to prevent order shortages.
  • Monthly reconciliation of DC & 3P center stock, sharing remarks and corrective actions for any deviations.

D. MIS

  • Create and track daily DC stock movement, producing stock coverage reports using average sales and monthly forecasts.
  • Prepare daily MQ vs Stock reports for DC and 3P centers.
  • Generate daily and month-to-date cumulative sales MIS for all channels.
  • Produce daily reports for pending orders across all channels.
  • Create daily planned vs actual dispatch MIS, including corrective actions for missed dispatches.
