Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Market Research and Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling to expand the client base.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of [Company Name]'s products/services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers.

  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to the Sales Manager to support continuous improvement and strategy adjustments.

Qualifications:
