**Job Title: Sales Executive - Interior Designing & Modular**
**Location**: Hinjewadi Pune Maharashtra - 411057

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other key stakeholders in the industry.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized design solutions that meet their needs and budget.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our portfolio of projects and product offerings.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and profitability.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to the management team.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the interior designing, furniture, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
