Job Title: Executive Assistant

Working Hours: Night Shift aligning with U.S. hours (7 pm – 4 am)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team in daily administrative functions and project follow-ups. While prior experience in the signage industry is a plus, we welcome candidates from other industries who have a strong background in similar jobs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, multitasking, and coordination skills, with a strong understanding of professional correspondence and task management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Follow up on tasks and action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
  • Assist with internal and external communications and documentation.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; direct appropriately.
  • Coordinate meetings, take notes, and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Support the team with various ad-hoc tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in an administrative role supporting upper management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling/CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
  • Quick learner with an interest in understanding the signage business.
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
