Qualifications and Skills

  • Inspection (Mandatory skill) - Expertise in conducting and overseeing regular inspections to ensure the highest standards of operation and safety.

  • Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress and achieve operational excellence.
  • Act as a mentor and coach, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential operational hazards.
  • Develop, implement, and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines effectively.
