Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior GM AVP Section Head for Cell O M at Reliance New Energy, based in Jamnagar. This is a full-time senior-level position. The successful candidate will specialize in solar manufacturing, ensuring efficient and effective operations in the solar cell sector. They will lead and manage teams to optimize cell operations and maintenance, contributing to our mission of becoming a global leader in clean energy.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in solar manufacturing with a deep understanding of industry standards and practices (Mandatory skill).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of solar energy systems and their applications in the industry.
  • Experience with solar PV systems and a strong understanding of photovoltaic principles and technologies.
  • Expertise in cell operations, including optimizing processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Skilled in cell maintenance to ensure minimal downtime and maximum lifespan of solar cells.
  • Thorough understanding of the mechanics and technology behind solar cell production and maintenance.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and leading teams effectively.
  • Ability to innovate and improve processes in line with the latest advancements in solar technology.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the solar cell manufacturing division, ensuring adherence to quality and efficiency standards.
  • Oversee cell operations and maintenance, implementing strategic plans to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with the research and development team to innovate and integrate new technologies into the manufacturing process.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align operations with company objectives and sustainability goals.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess and optimize the efficiency of operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain standards of safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities and knowledge in solar technologies.
