Deputy Area Manager - Professional Loans 

Job Purpose 

This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.

Duties and Responsibilities- Manage and support the effective deployment of a team of sales professionals within the assigned geographical area.
- Explore new markets and allocate resources to the most profitable opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and cross-sell insurance products.
- Create a strong and compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability, and employee development.
- Identify the need for sales training, analyze changing market trends, and channel deployment. Provide feedback and suggestions to the RSM.
- Ensure implementation of promotional plans and contests; suggest new and innovative promotion plans for the area of work.
- Retain high performers and replace poor performers.
- Ensure high levels of employee relationship, motivation, and engagement to drive results and achieve high levels of employee satisfaction.
- Ensure that goals, PMP discussions, development plan discussions, ongoing coaching and feedback, and skip-level meetings are conducted on time and in an effective manner.
- Engage effectively with Operations and Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes and profitability across locations.
- Manage collections of the acquired portfolio.
- Handle customer grievances as needed.

Required Qualifications and Experience- Relevant sales experience in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments.
- Overall knowledge to source from salaried loans business.
- Good communication, analytical skills, and channel management skills.
- Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong bias for action and driving results in a high-performance environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.
- Excellent relationship skills.
- Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and profitability.
- Exceptionally high motivational levels and the ability to be a self-starter.
- Working knowledge of computers.
