Role Overview
We are seeking driven and dynamic
Business Development Associates (BDAs)
to join our expanding sales team. As a BDA, you will be responsible for driving student enrollments, conducting counseling sessions, and guiding parents/students toward the right PW learning solutions.
This role is ideal for individuals who want to build a high-growth sales career in the EdTech industry while creating meaningful impact in students' lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and connect with potential parents/students through calls and visits
- Understand learning needs and recommend suitable PW programs
- Conduct virtual or in-person presentations and home demos
- Manage and update leads through CRM tools (Salesforce/Zoho)
- Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment & revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing, academics, and operations teams
- Share customer insights to enhance sales strategies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
1–3 years of experience in sales/counseling/business development (EdTech preferred)
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Target-driven mindset with strong closing ability
Proficiency in CRM tools
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license + personal vehicle for daily field visits
Comfortable using laptops/tablets for demos
