Roles and Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing a stable process across all solar module manufacturing plants
  • Implement best practices in manufacturing processes and integrate lean manufacturing principles.
  • Responsible for establishing and monitoring process and process parameters for all production stages
  • Drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.
  • Work closely with R&D and engineering teams (Production, Quality, Equipment Maintenance, etc.) to align production processes with technological advancements.
  • Strategizing and improving process to implement the best practices and process across all solar module manufacturing plants while improving competitiveness and cost focus
  • Ensuring no output loss and yield loss in case of equipment change and raw material change through process interventions
  • Evaluation for new/Alternate BOM development
  • Responsible for SPC and process capability analysis
  • Reducing manual dependencies and focusing on digital interventions and overall process improvements
  • Evaluation of plant performance output, wastages and area of improvement
  • Delivering on Kaizen and lean sigma initiatives for continuous improvement
  • Liaise with senior management, contractors, material suppliers, OEMs and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results.
  • Fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment, actively promoting trust, engagement, and shared accountability to drive collective success
  • Focus on a safety culture, to ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed

Profile & Eligible Criteria

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical
  • 12-20 Years of experience in solar PV module manufacturing.
