Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesigning and implementing a stable process across all solar module manufacturing plantsImplement best practices in manufacturing processes and integrate lean manufacturing principles.Responsible for establishing and monitoring process and process parameters for all production stagesDrive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.Work closely with R&D and engineering teams (Production, Quality, Equipment Maintenance, etc.) to align production processes with technological advancements.Strategizing and improving process to implement the best practices and process across all solar module manufacturing plants while improving competitiveness and cost focusEnsuring no output loss and yield loss in case of equipment change and raw material change through process interventionsEvaluation for new/Alternate BOM developmentResponsible for SPC and process capability analysisReducing manual dependencies and focusing on digital interventions and overall process improvementsEvaluation of plant performance output, wastages and area of improvementDelivering on Kaizen and lean sigma initiatives for continuous improvementLiaise with senior management, contractors, material suppliers, OEMs and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results.Fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment, actively promoting trust, engagement, and shared accountability to drive collective successFocus on a safety culture, to ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followedProfile & Eligible CriteriaEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical12-20 Years of experience in solar PV module manufacturing.Expatriate can also apply
