Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Representative. The individual will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as lead generation, inside sales, and business development activities. The role involves engaging with potential clients, communicating the value propositions of MindMakers, and working closely with other team members to drive sales initiatives and meet targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication and Sales skills
  • Business Development experience
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the education or youth development sector is a plus

Benefits

30 to 40k per month based on experiences
