Roles and Responsibilities:
Looking for dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead the sales function for our Engineering Services division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, client relationship management, and driving revenue growth within the engineering services industry, particularly in domains such as Transportation, Semiconductor, Consumer Electronics, Industrial Products & Medical Devices Industry.
Experience Required: Over 19 years of relevant sales experience in the Engineering Services industry, with at least 15+ years in leadership roles, preferably within engineering services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve organizational goals for revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets (e.g., automotive, aerospace, energy, etc.).
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Drive customer engagement from prospecting through to contract closure and delivery handover.
- Work closely with marketing and pre-sales teams to develop customized client proposals and value propositions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of engineering capabilities, delivery models, and competitive landscape.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, MBA preferred.
- 19+ years of experience in sales and business development within engineering services, technology domains such as CAD, CAE, thermal, electrical, and embedded systems. Expertise in offering innovative solutions to complex design engineering challenges across a diverse range of industries.
- Demonstrated ability to win large, multi-year contracts.
- Strong understanding of global delivery models, product engineering, digital engineering, and/or Industry 4.0 trends.
- Experience in managing international markets (preferred: North America, Europe, APAC).
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
