Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Visa Executive. The Visa Executive will be responsible for managing visa applications for clients, providing end-to-end support from documentation to approval. Daily tasks include reviewing and verifying documents, coordinating with clients and embassies, staying updated on visa regulations, and ensuring a seamless process for clients.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Prior experience in visa processing or similar roles is beneficial
  • Familiarity with global visa regulations and requirements
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to client satisfaction
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
