We specialise in delegate and visitor recruitment for international conferences and exhibitions from SAARC for various countries.

Our partner companies are in North America, Latin America, Europe, and the MENA region. We cater to various industry segments and diverse subjects, including Smart Cities, Urban Development, Instrumentation and Control, Information Communication and Telecom, Medical and Food Processing.

Visa Executive
to join our team.

Job Description for Visa Executive
:

· He/she will be responsible for understanding clients' travel requirements and asking relevant questions to gather as much information as possible.

· Answering emails and telephone queries of the clients about travel and visas.

· Assist our clients in completing and submitting required paperwork for visa purposes.

· Preparing and thoroughly checking of list of documents required for the visa.

· Assist our clients in seeking appointments for submission of the Visa application, Mobile Biometrics, and the entire process of visa application process.

· Entering visa applications onto the system.

· Providing friendly service and building professional relationships with clients.

·
Immediate joiners
will be preferred.

Qualifications and experience required:

·
   Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word/Excel/Power PowerPoint).

· A bachelor's degree in any field. A bachelor's degree in hospitality, travel and tourism, or a similar field will be preferred.

· Excellent communication skills with knowledge of the visa process and the tourism industry.

· Ability to work well in a team and independently

· Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills

· Knowledge of computer reservations systems and e-travelling

Job type:
Full-time -on-site (work from office) permanently.

Shift
: Day shift only

Weekly off:
    4
th
Saturday and all Sundays

Experience:
2 Years to 3 Years

Salary:
Rs. 3.60 to 4.00 lakhs per annum CTC.
