Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Haridwar. The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensure the smooth delivery of training programs, manage staff, and maintain relationships with industry partners. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies to achieve the branch's goals, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations management, team management, and strategic planning
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of training and education programs, particularly vocational and industry-led skilling
  • Proficiency in organizational skills and project management
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and other stakeholders
  • Experience in the education sector or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field
  • Proven ability to meet targets and work under pressure
