Key Responsibility
Team Management & Performance
• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Academic Counsellors to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrolment targets.
• Set clear performance benchmarks and monitor counsellors' progress through regular reviews and dashboards.
• Ensure high-quality counselling standards and adherence to organizational processes. Training & Development
• Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and role-based coaching to improve counsellors' sales techniques, product knowledge, and counselling effectiveness.
• Identify skill gaps and conduct refresher sessions as required. Process & Quality Control
• Monitor call quality, follow-ups, and CRM updates to maintain accuracy and professionalism in student/parent interactions.
• Resolve escalated queries from students/parents and provide timely solutions. Collaboration & Reporting
• Work closely with the Academic, Marketing, and Centre Management teams to align on program updates, campaigns, and strategies.
• Prepare performance reports and share insights with management to improve team efficiency and conversion ratios. Motivation & Culture Building
• Foster a positive, target-driven, and supportive team environment.
• Recognize high performers and encourage underperformers through structured feedback and incentives.

Educational Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in academic counselling, sales, or educational services, with at least 1 year in a team leadership/supervisory role.
