We are looking for an experienced
Business Development Manager (BDM)
with strong expertise in the
US Staffing industry
, specifically handling
Systems Integrator (SI).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, expanding client relationships, and achieving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities with
SIs. - Manage and grow existing accounts through proactive engagement and relationship building.
- Collaborate with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue/margin targets.
- Track market trends and competitor insights to enhance business strategies.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of proven experience in
US Staffing Business Development / Account Management
. - Strong network and working experience with
SI. - Excellent knowledge of
US staffing processes, compliance, and workforce solutions
. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
