Business Development IT Sales

1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify, qualify, and pursue prospective clients, including law firms, corporates, universities, and government institutions.
- Execute outreach via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and digital campaigns.
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel: awareness → consult booking → payment.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary contact for clients; understand their requirements, case types, and urgency.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales progress in CRM tools.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, pipeline, and client feedback.
- Maintain ongoing engagement through reminders, follow-ups, and renewals.
- Gather feedback and testimonials to enhance credibility.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant legal services.
4. Customer Success & Retention
- Conduct post-consult follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Proactively address issues to prevent client churn.
- Create FAQs, guides, and chatbot responses for self-service support.
5. Collaboration & Reporting
- Sync with marketing on campaigns and lead quality.
- Share client feedback with product/tech teams to improve platform features.
- Work with finance for invoicing, refunds, and revenue reporting.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Escalation
- Partner with product, sales, and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Act as a brand representative in client meetings, workshops, and industry discussions.
- Handle and resolve client escalations, coordinating with technical/product teams as needed.
Required Skills
- Prior experience in Closes deals & drives revenue
- Ability to work with CRMs, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate sales records. .
- Strong communication, persuasion, and client engagement skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13, ₹55,862.72 per month
