We're looking for a smart, expressive and confident Content Creator with Social Media Management skills (Fresher) to join our growing creative agency. This role is perfect for someone who loves being in front of the camera, understands pop culture, internet trends, and branding, and is excited to manage real client accounts while creating high-impact content.

You will be both:

a front-facing content creator for our agency and clients, and

a fresher-level social media manager handling brand communication and execution.

This is a hybrid role with occasional physical presence required for team meetings, shoots, events, and brand activations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. On-Camera Content Creation

  2. Create engaging on-camera content around global pop culture, branding, fashion, art, design, internet culture, and creative trends.

  3. Appear in reels, stories, brand videos, and commentary-style content for agency and client platforms.

  4. Talk confidently about branding, marketing, creative culture, and ongoing industry trends.

  5. Social Media Management (Fresher Role)

  6. Manage social media accounts for multiple clients across industries like food, beverage, interior design, fashion, and lifestyle.

  7. Handle posting schedules, captions, community management, and content coordination.

  8. Track analytics, engagement, and platform performance.

  9. Trend & Culture Tracking

  10. Stay updated with global trends in pop culture, fashion, art, creators, and internet culture.

  11. Track virality, algorithm changes, platform shifts, and social media behavior daily.

  12. Suggest new content ideas based on trending formats and cultural movements.

  13. Creative Storytelling & Branding

  14. Help develop content ideas that align with brand identity and communication.

  15. Understand branding, marketing, communication, and design at a basic-to-intermediate level.

  16. Maintain strong aesthetic sense and storytelling style in all content.

  17. Client & Team Coordination

  18. Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal creative teams.

  19. Ensure brand tone, communication, and content execution are consistent across platforms.

  20. Support client events, shoots, or brand shows when required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Comfortable and confident speaking in front of the camera.

  • Well-spoken, fluent, expressive, and quick with ideas.

  • Obsessed with pop culture, branding, fashion, art, design, and creators.

  • A natural content creator who understands global trends and internet culture.

  • Aware of platform behavior, virality patterns, and social media ecosystem.

  • A fresh graduate or someone starting out in social media / content space.

  • Creative, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced agency environment.

Required Skills

  • Basic to intermediate understanding of social media management

  • Strong communication (English)

  • On-camera presence and confidence

  • Understanding of branding, marketing & design fundamentals

  • Trend awareness across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook etc.

  • Good aesthetic sense and creative storytelling ability

  • Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹14,000.00 per month
