We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Fresher Social Media Executive (Female Only) to join our dynamic social media agency. This role involves managing multiple client accounts across industries such as food, beverage, interior design, and more. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, driving brand growth, and aligning with the company's goals. While this is a remote position, occasional on-site presence may be required for events or brand-related shows.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication to address their needs and expectations.

  2. Content Oversight: Collaborate with the creative team to oversee content creation and ensure it aligns with each brand's vision and strategy.

  3. Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement effective social media strategies tailored to each client's goals for growth and engagement.

  4. Performance Tracking: Monitor analytics, prepare reports, and present insights to clients, recommending strategies to improve results.

  5. Brand Growth: Work closely with the agency team to drive sales, brand visibility, and overall growth for each client.

  6. Event Management: Attend and manage on-site events or shows, ensuring seamless execution and representation of the client's brand.

  7. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including designers, content creators, and strategists, to deliver high-quality results.

  8. Problem Solving: Address client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Availability to attend events/shows when required.
  • Proven experience in social media management or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time
