Video Editor Requirements

1. Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro
  • Basic knowledge of color correction, sound design, and motion graphics
  • Experience with audio syncing and mixing

2. Creative Skills

  • Understanding of brand tone, style, and target audience
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute engaging edits for social media, corporate, or promotional videos
  • Eye for composition, color, and continuity

3. Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience (for junior) or 3–5 years (for mid-level) in professional video editing
  • A portfolio/showreel showcasing previous work across different formats (ads, reels, corporate, etc.)
  • Experience working in creative agencies, production houses, or digital marketing setups (preferred)

4. Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good communication and collaboration skills with creative teams (copy, design, motion, etc.)
  • Open to feedback and revisions

5. Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Knowledge of basic animation or motion graphics (After Effects)
  • Familiarity with social media trends and short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

Job Types: Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹38, ₹45,000.00 per month
