We are looking for a multi-skilled **Content Writer & Social Media Executive** who is hands-on with content creation—from writing compelling copy to shooting and editing engaging visuals. If you live and breathe trends, understand what stops the scroll, and can single-handedly manage our brand's online presence, we’d love to meet you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Strategy & Planning**:

- Develop and execute content calendars aligned with brand objectives and trending topics
- Research and write engaging, platform-specific content (captions, scripts, reels, blogs)
- **Content Creation**:

- Shoot and produce high-quality photos/videos for social media (Reels, Stories, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
- Edit videos using mobile or desktop editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
- Design static posts and graphics when needed (Canva/Photoshop)
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and platform activity across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Engage with audiences, respond to DMs/comments, and build an interactive online community
- Monitor insights, analyze performance, and tweak content for better reach and engagement
- **Trend Integration**:

- Stay updated with current trends, audio, memes, and viral formats
- Quickly adapt trends to fit the brand tone and message

**Requirements**:

- Strong video shooting and editing skills (reel-focused)
- Ability to ideate and execute independently
- Familiarity with analytics and insight tools on Meta/LinkedIn/YouTube
- Creative eye for composition, storytelling, and brand voice
- Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Bonus: Experience with influencer collaborations or basic paid media knowledge
