**Job Summary**:
The Social Media Content Creator is responsible for developing engaging, creative, and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter. The role involves generating content ideas, producing visuals and copy, managing publishing schedules, and collaborating with the marketing team to execute social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and overall social media presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Develop and create high-quality, engaging content (e.g., images, videos, GIFs, infographics, stories, reels) for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and aesthetics.
- Write compelling captions, posts, and copy that resonate with target audiences and promote interaction.
- Produce content that aligns with current social media trends, platform updates, and audience preferences.
- **Social Media Strategy Execution**:

- Collaborate with the social media manager or marketing team to align content with broader marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Create a content calendar and manage the timely publication of posts across all platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of content, using analytics tools to inform future content decisions and improve engagement metrics.
- **Visual and Video Production**:

- Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and photographers (or independently) to produce visually appealing graphics, photos, and videos for social media.
- Capture and edit short-form videos, including Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts, that engage and inspire the audience.
- Ensure visual content is optimized for each platform’s specifications and best practices.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and friendly manner.
- Foster a positive and interactive social media community by engaging with user-generated content and brand advocates.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to stay updated on best practices and emerging opportunities.
- **Brand Storytelling**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and communicate the brand’s story through social media content.
- Identify opportunities to highlight customer testimonials, success stories, behind-the-scenes content, and other engaging formats that promote the brand’s values and mission.
- **Trend and Competitor Analysis**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, platform updates, and competitor activities to ensure the brand remains competitive and relevant.
- Experiment with new formats, content ideas, and platforms to stay ahead of the curve and continuously innovate.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Use social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics) to track performance metrics, including engagement, reach, clicks, and conversions.
- Analyze and report on social media content performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- **Collaboration and Cross-Departmental Support**:

- Work closely with other departments, including PR, sales, and product teams, to integrate social media content with broader business goals.
- Support influencer marketing campaigns and collaborations by producing promotional content for influencer partnerships.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a content creator, social media specialist, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing apps).

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
