This role plays a crucial part in team collaboration by working closely with marketing, design, and analytics teams to align content strategies with overall company goals. In a dynamic digital landscape, staying updated on major innovations, challenges, and industry trends like algorithm changes, emerging platforms, and content formats is essential for success in this role.

Key stakeholders this role interacts with include marketing managers, graphic designers, social media managers, and sometimes external partners or influencers. Success in this role is measured through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, click-through rates, follower growth, and content reach.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Planning and Execution**: The Social Media Content Creator is responsible for planning content calendars, scheduling posts, and executing campaigns to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
- **Problem-Solving and Decision-Making**: This role involves addressing challenges such as content performance issues, engagement fluctuations, and adapting strategies based on data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**: Working with various departments like marketing, design, and analytics to align content creation with overall business objectives, ensuring a cohesive brand voice and message.
- **Leadership and Mentorship**: Providing guidance to junior content creators, interns, or freelancers, and leading content strategy discussions to drive creativity and innovation within the team.
- **Process Improvement and Innovation**: Constantly seeking ways to optimize content creation processes, experiment with new formats or tools, and innovate to stay ahead of industry trends.
- **Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities**: Engaging with the audience through comments, messages, or live sessions, as well as leveraging analytics tools to track performance and optimize content strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
