**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and create high-quality content (images, videos, reels, GIFs, and graphics) for social media platforms.
- Plan and execute content strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Write engaging captions, posts, and copy that align with the brand’s voice and target audience.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaign-based content.
- Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and track performance metrics.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community interactions.
- Optimize content for different platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements for better engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Social Media Content Creator, Digital Marketer, or similar role**.
- Strong skills in **content writing, video editing, and graphic design**.
- Proficiency in tools such as **Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or CapCut**.
- In-depth knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
