**Job Title: Social Media Content Creator**

**Company Description**

We are looking for a **creative and driven Social Media Content Creator** to join our team full-time at our Mumbai office. This role involves ideating and developing engaging content for various platforms, managing our online presence, creating content calendars, implementing digital strategies, and analyzing performance to drive brand visibility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage engaging video, image, and written content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Edit raw footage of custom drone and robotics projects into polished, professional videos
- Design basic motion graphics: titles, transitions, graphical overlays
- Synchronize audio and enhance overall video quality
- Format and optimize content for multi-platform distribution
- Collaborate with technical teams to showcase product features and innovation
- Track, analyze, and report content performance metrics
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Social Media Management and Content Creation
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and visual design tools
- Strong understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms
- Strong storytelling, video editing, and content strategy skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Foundational understanding of video pacing and narrative flow
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Interest or background in technical field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Production, or a related field
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience in digital content or social media
- Experience with analytics and insights tools.
