Job Title: Production Manager – Marine (Shipyard)

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Salary Range: ₹80,000 – ₹90,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-time | Immediate Joining

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage ship repair and shipbuilding production activities within the shipyard.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute marine projects ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations, workforce allocation, and material planning.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all shipyard operations.
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, and procurement teams for smooth project execution.
  • Monitor productivity, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve performance and production targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in shipyard operations with expertise in ship repair and newbuilding projects.
  • Strong knowledge of marine engineering, shipbuilding processes, and repair methodologies.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills in a production environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Benefit

Increment: Every 6 months

Annual Salary Revision every year

Eligibility:

  • Candidates with shipyard experience only will be considered.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80, ₹90,000.00 per month
