About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and performance-driven
Branch Manager
to lead our Marine Drive branch operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail finance, gold loans, or NBFC operations and a proven ability to drive sales, manage people, and uphold compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all branch operations to achieve business targets.
  • Drive sales of gold loans and related financial products.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the branch team for optimal performance.
  • Oversee daily cash handling, vault management, and documentation accuracy.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory norms, and audit requirements.
  • Plan and execute local marketing and customer outreach initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in branch operations in gold loan sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer handling ability.
  • Integrity, accountability, and an ownership mindset.
  • Proficiency in basic MS Excel and Powerpoint.
