Position: Circle Head - Operations

Experience: 15 to 20 years in FMCG / QSR

Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Location: Anywhere in West , North, South

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead and lead a large team of officers and managers to drive a high-performance, safety-first, and growth-oriented culture.

• Lead and manage teams across four critical areas: People, Business, Process, and Compliance.

• P&L accountability, ensuring alignment of store operations with organizational strategic goals.

• Drive improvements in store KPIs across customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.

• Lead category management initiatives to strengthen product portfolio, optimize inventory, and maximize category contribution.

• Recruit, train, and retain a high-potential workforce to ensure scalability and talent continuity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments-HR, Accounts, Legal, Civil, Audit, and Maintenance-to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

• Customer-focused initiatives to enhance in-store experience, loyalty, and engagement.

• Formulate and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and team productivity.

• Build a strong culture of executional discipline, empowering store teams to deliver consistently high standards.

• Focused on strategic planning and execution to improve store performance, customer experience and revenue growth.  

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in managing large teams and handling complex operational challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
