About the Role:

We're a boutique hotel chain looking for a smart, organized, and guest-focused Reservations Agent to join our Central Reservations Team. You'll be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, managing bookings, and ensuring every reservation is smooth and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally and promptly.
  • Process new reservations, modifications, and cancellations in the PMS.
  • Coordinate with on-property teams for special requests and booking details.
  • Manage OTA bookings and ensure all data is updated correctly.
  • Maintain high accuracy in booking records and daily reporting.
  • Follow company SOPs for communication, confirmations, and payment handling.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in hotel reservations (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
  • Familiarity with PMS and OTA extranets (training will be provided).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and calm under pressure.
