About the Role

Pashtek is hiring a Salesforce
Business Analyst / Client Manager
to serve as the primary point of contact for
US-based clients
. You'll lead discovery, convert requirements into clear user stories, coordinate delivery, run UAT, and drive adoption—while managing stakeholder communication during US-overlap hours.

What You'll Do

  • Lead discovery workshops and map As-Is/To-Be processes, personas, KPIs.
  • Translate business needs into epics/user stories with acceptance criteria; maintain a clean backlog.
  • Create process maps, data models, light solution designs; align with architects/admins/devs.
  • Plan and execute UAT; manage cutover, enablement, and change adoption.
  • Own client communications (status/QBRs/demos) during
    2nd shift
    ; manage risks and scope.
  • Shape roadmaps, phase plans, and SOW inputs; track measurable outcomes (adoption, data quality, cycle time).

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 4–8+ years as Salesforce BA/Consultant/Client Manager with
    direct, recurring interaction with US stakeholders
    (discovery, demos, steering, and weekly status).
  • Hands-on across
    Sales Cloud
    and/or
    Service Cloud
    ; strong Flows, Reports/Dashboards, Data Loader.
  • Solid BA toolkit: user stories (Gherkin preferred), UAT scripts, release notes, RAID logs.
  • Tools: Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence, Lucidchart/Miro; basic SOQL/Excel skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; confident leading executive calls and workshops.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Chennai
    and
    consistently in 2nd shift IST
    for US overlap.
