Salesforce Business Analyst / Functional Consultant Responsibilities:* Lead discovery and requirement gathering workshops with business and technical stakeholders to capture detailed functional, technical, and integration requirements.

* Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional solution designs aligned with Salesforce best practices.

* Configure Salesforce orgs using point-and-click tools including Flows, Validation Rules, Record Types, Approval Processes, and Lightning App Builder.

* Manage end-to-end solution delivery, working closely with developers on custom solutions using Apex, LWC,  and third-party integrations.

* Prepare and maintain BRDs, SOWs, wireframes, and process flows using tools such as Lucidchart.

* Support data migration and cleansing activities during Salesforce implementations and legacy CRM transformations.

* Liaise with external system owners (e.g., SAP teams) to define and validate integration specifications using REST APIs or middleware platforms.

* Develop and deliver training materials,  and conduct enablement sessions for end users and power users.

* Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

* Support QA by reviewing test cases and validating functional outputs against requirements.

* Contribute to project proposals and pre-sales activities through scoping, solutioning, and effort estimation.

Required Qualifications:

* Strong functional expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

* Proficient in Salesforce declarative configuration: Flows, Validation Rules ,Assignment Rules, Escalation Rules, etc.

* Understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, object model, sharing model, and role hierarchy.

* Demonstrated experience in Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement and documentation.

* Hands-on experience in use case modeling, business process modeling, and functional solution design.
